Malia Bath

Rejuvenate yourself with a luxurious and calming bath filled with flower petals.  Nothing like taking a bubble bath that is much needed after a long day.

One of the best things to do is meditate when taking a bubble bath.

Sit or lie comfortably then close your eyes.  Do not make an effort to control your breath.  Just simply breathe naturally.

Then focus your attention on your breath and how the body moves with each inhalation and exhalation.

Make sure to notice the movement of your body when you breathe.  If your mind wanders to other thoughts, just allow it to go back to focusing on your breath.

This can lead to deeper relaxation, lowered blood pressure, improved blood circulation, lower heart rate, less perspiration, slower respiratory rate, less anxiety, more feelings of well being and less stress.

Another thing to do when taking a bubble bath can be playing soothing music with a glass of orange juice.  I like to put my feet up then kick back and relax.

Sometimes, I like to sing during bubble baths and just be silly.  Allowing yourself to be free without judgement is truly amazing!

The flower pedals have a way of making your relaxation time feel some what sophisticated.  This simple elegant touch can make you smile.  Taking a enjoyable bubble bath is one of my favorite things to do.  Do not let this precious time be interrupted.

Doesn't matter if you are at home, in a tropical location or in the mountains.  Having a bubble bath is a requirement for feeling good about yourself and treating yourself right!
