First year competing at the Vermont Open against a lot of rad girls! It was nice to meet a bunch of East Coast girls. These girls welcomed me with open arms excited that I lived in California and was from Hawaii. They really liked that I had traveled out there to compete in the Retro Pipe and Slalom event in Pro Class. I managed to walk away with 9th at the Retro Pipe and 11th at the Slalom. I had a good time at Stratton! Made new friends and saw a few old ones.

I was so excited because it was the last Rev Tour Pipe Stop of the season and at this contest I had managed to progress quite a bit with new tricks in the bag. It was a very foggy day where the rain had set in with winds and little snow left on grass. All that was left was a few street style rail features, jumps and of course the pipe.
